1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and NS777 ("NS777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ns777 platform available at ns777.cam and all associated services, products, features and functionality offered therein.

NS777 is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and instant game services in the English language, principally serving players in Pakistan and internationally. NS777 operates internationally and does not hold a Pakistan-specific gambling or gaming license. NS777 does not claim approval, endorsement or regulation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations or free spin equivalents credited under a specific promotion, subject to their own promotional terms.
• "Cashier" means the deposit, withdrawal and transaction management section of the Platform.
• "Device" means any hardware through which the Platform is accessed, including smartphones, tablets and personal computers.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process applied to User accounts.
• "Platform" means the NS777 website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services operated at ns777.cam.
• "Promotional Terms" means the specific terms and conditions governing any individual bonus, promotion or offer, which are supplemental to these Terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover of bonus funds required before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a stake placed by the User on any game, market or event available on the Platform.

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completion of the account registration process; (b) deposit of funds into an Account; or (c) placement of any wager or participation in any game on the Platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any Promotional Terms, game rules, platform policies and notices published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Promotional Terms for a specific offer, the Promotional Terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on NS777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of another individual or entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms, either through NS777's own exclusion tools or through any third-party or national self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an existing NS777 Account (whether open, suspended or previously closed).
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or immediate family member of any employee of NS777 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers or service partners.

NS777 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts that fail eligibility requirements may be suspended, and any funds held in such accounts handled in accordance with applicable operator policy and the relevant findings.

5 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the NS777 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your Account on your behalf.
• Notifying NS777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

NS777 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

6 KYC & Identity Verification

NS777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts in accordance with responsible operator standards and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal and may be required at account registration or at any time during account activity.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or valid driving license).
• Proof of address dated within three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot or statement confirming account ownership).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by AML policy or regulatory standards.

NS777 reserves the right to withhold the processing of withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

7 Deposits & Payments

Funds deposited into your NS777 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts, wallets or cards belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account and return of the deposited funds.

Payment methods available in the Cashier vary and may change over time. Local payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as contextual references only. Their inclusion does not constitute a representation that these providers actively support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Users should check the live Cashier for currently active methods at the time of deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
• NS777 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., BTC, USDT) are subject to network confirmation times outside NS777's control.
• Deposit funds are held in accounts separate from NS777's operational funds in accordance with responsible operator practices.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

1. The User's Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
2. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's verified real-money Balance, net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
3. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the User's own verified name.
4. No active account investigation, fraud review or self-exclusion flag may be in place at the time of the request.
5. All applicable wagering requirements attached to claimed bonuses must have been fulfilled before withdrawal of any associated winnings.

NS777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times vary by method and operator workload. No minimum processing time is warranted. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review in accordance with AML obligations.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers and free bet allocations offered by NS777 are subject to these Terms and any applicable Promotional Terms published at the time of the offer. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable Promotional Terms in full.

Key principles governing all NS777 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (and deposit, where applicable). The specific multiple is stated in the Promotional Terms for each offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated expiry period.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-wager limit applies (as specified in the Promotional Terms, typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round or bet). Exceeding this limit may result in void of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute a lesser percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the Promotional Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions cap the maximum withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap is stated in the individual Promotional Terms.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, household and IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: NS777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or void any bonus and associated winnings in the event of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

All bonus figures referenced as illustrative examples in NS777 communications (including PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000 or any other amounts) are examples only. Actual promotion values are those stated in the live Promotional Terms at the time an offer is active.

10 Gameplay Rules

All games, sports betting markets and instant games on the NS777 Platform are governed by the individual rules of each product, as published within the relevant game, market or product section. The following general gameplay rules apply across the Platform:

• Wagers placed and confirmed are final. Once a bet or game round is initiated and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game round or bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the operator's technical records and applicable game rules. NS777 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up to the start of the event. Bets confirmed at a stated price are binding at that price, subject to rule 4 deductions or applicable sportsbook terms for event changes.
• NS777 reserves the right to void any wager that results from a manifest pricing error, whether arising from human error or technical fault. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have recognized as incorrect at the time of placing the wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time fluctuation. Bets placed during live events may be suspended or refused pending event outcomes or data confirmation.
• All RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot and game products are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds. They do not predict or guarantee any individual session outcome.

11 Responsible Gambling

NS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered Users via the account panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will prompt you to stop or log out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the NS777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, syndicate betting or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to interact with the Platform, place bets or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Abusing promotions, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through related accounts, exploiting wagering conditions through low-variance systematic play specifically to extract bonus value ("bonus hunting") or any similar conduct identified as abusive in the operator's sole judgment.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing NS777 staff or other users.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or otherwise dispute legitimately processed transactions.

NS777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated wagers and, where applicable, to report the conduct to relevant authorities.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

NS777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal obligation to do so under applicable regulatory or law enforcement requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, NS777 reserves the right to retain any Balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified real-money funds (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC clearance.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting NS777 support. Voluntary closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the User subject to KYC and withdrawal conditions.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the NS777 Platform — including but not limited to design elements, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, trade names and the NS777 brand — is the property of NS777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any Platform software; or (c) use any NS777 trade marks, brand names or logos without express written authorisation.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NS777 excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from use of the Platform, including gambling losses, whether foreseeable or otherwise.
• Interruption, delay or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances outside NS777's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account content or transaction history resulting from technical disruptions or security incidents beyond NS777's reasonable control, provided that NS777 has implemented industry-standard security measures.
• Losses resulting from the User's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Third-party software failures, payment processing delays or network disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits NS777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NS777 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

NS777 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific user jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to them in their own country of residence.

17 Changes to These Terms

NS777 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, NS777 will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any verified real-money Balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is shown at the top of this page.
